  • Applied UX/UI/BA knowledge in the redesign of agent portal pages to incorporate user needs, business needs, improved experience, updated technology and functionality. Contributions include creating an 80+ page wireframe/prototype using Axure (http://j43s4s.axshare.com); writing functional requirements.

  • Defined use cases for redesign of agent portal homepage: created wireframes for multiple use cases; captured requirements; created guidelines for visual appearance and branding; developed testing guidelines. The use cases identified functionality that new developers would otherwise may have missed, which would have caused delays in the project launch. 


  • Collaborated with stakeholders to define requirements and content for an Investors microsite; transformed requirements into prototypes; worked with outside vendors and in-house developers to implement functionality in time for the launch of the (a short 3-month timeframe).
